Registration for the 2025/2026 academic year will open April 14th, 2025 at 8 am
Please note that even if you have already submitted a package for 2024/2025 and are on our waitlist, you will need to re-register for the following school year.

• Before starting the registration, please review the Parent Handbook and Pandemic Policy available for download on our website. This is subject to change.

• Complete the SMDHU Childcare Immunization History form and obtain updated immunization records as your registration package will not be considered complete without it.

• Immunization records may be accessed through the SMDHU link below. If not, you may need to request from your doctor directly.
